She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rybak (Margaret Rybak) and Suzanne. She is survived by: her husband Martin Jacobs; her sons, Elliott and Benjamin Jacobs; and her siblings, Linda Wingerd (Max), Patty Rybak and James Rybak Jr. (Pam).
