She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Bob Clouse and John Mernick. She is survived by: her close friends, Leanna Anderson and Whitney Morrison; her husband Sean Micheal; her children, Ariel Nora-Lynn and Mason Lee-Patrick; her parents, Trisha and John; her sisters, Sandy Swancy (Forrest), Jessica Tripp, Shawna Stanley (Anthony) and Kaneesha Patterson; her grandparents, Pat Clouse, Sandra Caldwell (Jim), Ted, Donna Cross and Antonia Marie Mernick; her parents-in-law, Patrick Hopkins, Charlie Stewart and Debbie Smith; her grandparents, Larry and Deborah Penisten (Green); her brother-in-law Lee Puckett (Annie); and her siblings' children, Ari Patterson, Treston Glenn, Jasmine Swancy, Charlotte Stanley, Jaxon Patterson, Audrey Stanley, Averi Stanley and Rayna Vandermark. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 P. M. on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave. NOTE: Due to current COVID 19 rules, masks are required inside the funeral home.
