She is survived by: her daughter Donna Frazier (Ron); her sister Rosa Moore; her grandchildren, Candida Alexander, Christopher Frazier, Stephanie Pemberton and Douglas Pemberton Jr.; her great grandchildren, Channah Frazier-Rossello, Natalia Skopis (Michael), Caleb Frazier, Anthony Alexander and Nash Berning; and her great great grandchildren, MichaelAngelo Stephens and Kailani Stephens.
