She is survived by: her parents, Terrance L. Cook-Patrick and Shirley J. Chitman; her son Ezreon Q. Davis; her siblings, Quinton L. Martin of Lima, Tiffany S. Martin of Columbus, Farrah M. Martin of Lima and Quintel R. Chitman of Columbus; her boyfriend Duane Dungey of Columbus; her niece Lyriqa R. Chitman; and her close friends, Jasmine Berry, Cynthia Aponte and Cacelia Lovett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
