With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thad E Helfer of Columbus, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 1, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Ellen; and his stepson Robert. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughters, Kimi and Ellen; his stepchildren, Roy and Taunua; his brothers, Dean (Kathy) and Keith (Marie); and his granddaughter Rachele. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, one Great Great Grandchild, and countless Friends who were touched by his kindness.
