He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Haley and Hattie P Dobbins; his wife Mary Haley; his siblings, Howard Haley, Mary Ingram, Elsie Travis, Dorothy Haley, Gloria Jean Chapman, Naomia Brown and Myrtle Lewis; his son Edward Lee Jones; and his grandson Christopher Gibbs.
He is survived by: his children, William Hubbard (Vondelear), Thomas Haley (Toni), Randy Haley (Kimani), Deborah Blake, Cheryl Gibbs and Dianne Haley; his stepchildren, Terrell Moore Jr., Debra Moore, Michael Moore, Anthony Moore and Donte Haley; his sisters, Christabelle Lewis and Jackie Moore; and his close friend Ron Bosley. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces.
