He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Keller and Kathryn Keller; and his brother Little Tony. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Cindy Butchko (Mike), Karen Hupp and Jeff Keller (Morralee); and his brother Tim Keller (Jan).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to The Alzheimer's Association in memory of Tom Keller at 1379 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
