He is survived by: his wife Suzanne O'Leary; his children, Meghan O'Leary (Matthew Herreras), Tom O'Leary Jr. (Katie O'Leary), Coleman O'Leary (Lisa O'Leary) and Kathryn O'Leary (Christopher LaVogue); his grandchildren, Jack, Maggie, Reegan, Connor, Bridget, Riley, Lucy, Colin, Quinn, Piper and Beckett; and his sister Elizabeth Howard (Matt Howard). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
