It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas C. Self Jr. of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on April 15, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Florence Martindale and Thomas C. Self Sr.; and his siblings, Gene Self, David Self and Pam Rice.

He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Self; his daughter Nikki Clifford (Jason); his grandchildren, Laila Clifford and Hailey Clifford; and his sisters, Kay Jordan, Sue Chafin and Lynn Hensley. He is also survived by aunts uncles and family friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spence-Miller Funeral Home (2697 Columbus St, Grove City, OH 43123). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at the Galloway Cemetery.
