He is survived by: his wife Gerry LaFrances Slocum; his children, Cortney Slocum, Cedric Slocum, Eric Slocum, Thomas Jr. Slocum (Chantelle) and Alesia Slocum; his siblings, Renee Slocum, Ralph Slocum, Garald Slocum and Eric Slocum; and his in-laws, James, Darla Reid, Sylvester and Linda Gill of Baltimore. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Peace - East (5456 E Livingston Ave, Columbus, OH 43232). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Eastlawn Cemetery (1340 Woodland Ave, Columbus, OH 43219).
