He is survived by: his wife Gerry LaFrances Slocum; his children, Cortney Slocum, Cedric Slocum, Eric Slocum, Thomas Jr. Slocum (Chantelle) and Alesia Slocum; his siblings, Renee Slocum, Ralph Slocum, Garald Slocum and Eric Slocum; and his in-laws, James, Darla Reid, Sylvester and Linda Gill of Baltimore. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
