He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Cassady (Laureto). He is survived by: his father Theodore B. Cassady; his siblings, Judy Cassady and Theodore B. Cassady II (Diane); his sons, Kyle (Liana Norman), William (Kyleigh McMullen) and Jacob (Lauren Knotts); and his former wife Debra Cassady (Anderson). He is also survived by three nieces and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
