He is survived by: his mother Betty Lewis; his wife Charlene; his children, Nick McFarland (Tiffany) and Andrea Butch (John); his grandchildren, Trevor, Kierstyn (Cory), Brittany, Nolan (Olivia), AJ, Faith, Julia, Jack and Alex; his siblings, Monica Pearse (Bill) and Rick McFarland (Connie); and his friend Tim. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
