He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Clarice. He is survived by: his children, Christian Whiteside (Harley Harvell), Darian Whiteside, Ashton Whiteside and Gage Whiteside; his granddaughter Delilah; and his siblings, Steve Whiteside (Tiffany), Robert Whiteside and Jenny Whiteside.
