He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Higgins and Lois Higgins; his brother David Higgins; his sibling's children, Teresa Higgins and Chad Speakman; his parents-in-law, Caryl Ish and John Ish; and his sister-in-law Ruth Preece.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Higgins; and his siblings, Linda Vogt, Brenda Whitt, Janet Higgins and George Higgins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a host of dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home (1631 Parsons Ave, Columbus, OH 43207).
