He was predeceased by: his parents, Loreta and Loreto; his parents-in-law, Louis and Dorothy Whitacre; his sister Josephine; his brother-in-law Carlo Fantozzi; his children-in-law, Don Osinski and Pam Macioce; and his siblings-in-law, Louise, Bob Middendorf and Carolyn Whitacre.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth; his children, Valerie Osinski, Edward Macioce (Suzanne), Anthony Macioce, Andrew Macioce (Lisa), Anna Arnold (Jeff) and Laura Carver (Phil); his grandchildren, Carly (Evan), Sara (Adam), Cameron (Molly), Conner, Isabel, Anita (Duncan), Johnathan (Payton), Justin (Molly), Andrew (Paige), Preston, Donovin, Christian, Aaron, Kaytie, Brittany, Miranda and Trevor; and his brothers-in-law, John Whitacre and Tom Whitacre (Linda). He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.
