She is survived by: her children, Charlene Anderson, Jake and James Adkins; her grandchildren, Dylan, Zachary, Sierra, Brock, Godric, Jade, Cody, Cameron, Colton and Juliana Adkins; and her great grandchild Andrew Zayne-Klempner.
