He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Collins, Melvin Farmer, Brenda McClanahan (Wadell), Cynthia Partcher, Tonya Farmer and Angela Renee Densen; his nieces and nephews, Carmen Collins Moss and Terrance Collins, Sr.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lameeka Codwell, Tynequia Burnette, Mau'Raya Farr and Ceona Jones. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunties, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mt. Nebo Baptist Church (2100 Aberdeen Ave, Columbus, OH 43211). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Evergreen Cemetery (1401 Woodland Ave, Columbus, OH 43219).
