She was predeceased by: her father Jim Baber; her brother Dave Baber; her husband Tom Neiswander; and her mother Oleta Swaney. She is survived by: her children, Isabelle Neiswander (Elizabeth Beck) and Michael Neiswander; and her brothers, Steve Baber (Margaret) and Jerry Baber (Rhonda Fabian).
