It is with sadness that the passing of Walene M. Borowske (Columbus, Ohio) is shared. Walene, born on November 21, 1946, passed away on August 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Staab and Marie Staab (Schmitt); her siblings, Richard Staab and Kathy Bowman; and her brother-in-law David Amrozowicz.

She is survived by: her husband James Borowske; her children, Jennifer Beerman (Larry), Jamie Barkhau (Michael) and Melissa Clarridge (Chad); her grandchildren, Sam Beerman (Alex), Reghan Beerman, Cole Clarridge and Kate Clarridge; her great grandchild Charlotte Beerman; her pet Olivia; and her siblings, Chris Staab (Carol), Mary Ann Amrozowicz, Tim Staab (Beverly) and Terri Wacker (Jeff).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Blue Beautiful Skies Fund for Lung Cancer Research at The OSUCCC - James in her honor.
