He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Morgan and Myrtle Morgan (Harrop). He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, David (Laura) and Kelly (Bowie); his granddaughter Emily Grace; his brother-in-law Hugh Irwin (Janice); his friend Walt Harrop; and his cousin Charles Peart (Don Worle). He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
