Holly; his grandparents, Herbert Lee, Sr., Cora Lee Shipp, Drayton Theodore and Mattie Forest Christopher; his aunts and uncles, Thelma Edwards, Herbert Lee, Jr., William "Billie" Lee, Hugh Robert "Sarg" Lee, Lila Tucker, Dorothy Kelley, Louise Alexander and Stacy Woodford, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Jewell Shelborne (Theodore), Johnny Wade and John Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Wanetta L. Lee; his children, Jason Hawk and Juana Agnew; his grandchildren, Hakim (Holly, Jr.), Brandin, Bryce Holly and Jaide Agnew; his brother Christopher Latham; his siblings-in-law, Francine Moore, Debra Wood (Bishop Stanley V.), Marsha Wade, Judy Wade and Calvin Wade (Patty); his aunt Beverly Woodford; his godson Antonio Hicks (Tiffaney); Wanetta L. Lee, Juana, Jason, Brandi, Hakim Holly, Sr. and Marcel Reeder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and special friends.
