The memory of Wendell E. Taranto (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on June 15, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Taranto, Sr. and Wilda Taranto; and his brother John Taranto, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Astrid Taranto (Rietenbach); his children, Kim Berno (Don) and Jeff Taranto (Kim); and his grandchildren, Christopher (Meg), Brad (Anu), Chelsea (Andy), Amara (Vincent) and Erika (Nick).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clintonville Chapel (4341 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (5600 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43213).
