He is survived by: his wife Judy Jones; his children, Stacy McCormack (Terry) and Judge Andrew Augsburger (Candice); his grandchildren, Kailin, Quinn McCormack, Mariel, Christian and Seth Augsburger; and his sister-in-law Hazel Augsburger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
