He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E Bair Sr. and Glennadene L Bair; and his brothers, James Hartley and Patrick Hartley. He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Capaniro (Mike) and Amanda Hutchinson (Tim); his grandchildren, Marissa Reed (Sean) and Timothy Hutchinson II; and his great grandchildren, Karsyn and Xavier Reed.
