He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his children, Ralph and Marji Fair (John); his sister Sharon Waller (Willie); his nieces and nephews, Shawn Ritter (Larry), Willie Waller (Dawn), Hannah Gardner (Trevor), Jonathan Ritter, Brianna Ashcraft (Reed) and Jackson Waller; his siblings-in-law, Tammy and Mike Middleton; his grandchild Little Abby; and his friends, Dan, Mary, Tony, Teri, Dave, Sandy, RJ, Nancy, Dev, Cindy, Patty, Jim and Sally. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions in memory of Bill be directed to Speak for The Unspoken or Mt. Carmel Hospice.
