He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elgin and Katherine Elgin (Egan); his sister Madeline Eyerman (Elgin); his brother-in-law Gary Buskirk; his nephews, Matthew Gall and Justin Murnane; and his great-nephew Gracen Frazier.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Sweeney (Paul); his brother-in-law Tom Eyerman; and his siblings, Connie Elgin, Julie Buskirk (Elgin) and Karl Elgin (Kerin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, other family and friends.
