He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Mitsch and Evelyn Mitsch; his aunt Mary Mitsch; his sister Catherine Sultany; his parents-in-law, Frank and Nell Hamburge; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Hamburge and Bernadette Mitsch.
He is survived by: his wife Ruthmarie Hamburge; his daughters, Rebecca Nell Lenzi (Marc), Jane Frances Mitsch (Ahmed Olayanju) and Mary Cecilia Mitsch; his grandchildren, Calvin, Megan Lenzi, Gabriel and Maya Olayanju; his siblings, Mary Theresa Vogel (Michael), Rita Solinsky (Joseph), Robert Mitsch, Joseph Mitsch (Christine) and James Mitsch (Caryl); and his siblings-in-law, Therese Celine Bartlett (William), Nora Nell (Joan Khoo), James Hamburge (Sue) and Mark Hamburge. He is also survived by many other family members including nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
