It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip J. Spencer of Commercial Point, Ohio, who passed away on February 14, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Philip J. Spencer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Vergil James and Mary Magdalene Spencer (Smith); and his brother Norbert V. Spencer. He is survived by : his children, Micah Spencer (Pamela), Amber Spencer and Chris; his grandchildren, Marshall Spencer, Carmen "Lizzie" Spencer and Samantha Spencer; and his wife Sarah.
