He is survived by: his mother Julie Applegate (Lonie); his great-nephew Marlon; his children, Noah McQuiston, Avon Lake and Maddy Campbell (Bryn) of Wyandotte, MI; his siblings, Kimber McHenry of Knox, PA, Erin Hricik (Frank) of Sharon, PA, Shane Applegate (Anna) of Oil City, PA, Laurel McLallen (George) of Stoneboro, PA and Lesa Reddick (Keith) of Stoneboro, PA; his grandson Johnny; and his nieces and nephews, Ian Hricik (Natalie) of Hermitage, PA, Chelsea McHenry of Lakewood, CO, Erika Kinkead (Jonathan) of East Palistine, OH and Adam McHenry (Makiko) of Cranberry Twp.
