The memory of Candace Louise Ruffo of Conneaut, Ohio, who passed away on September 28, 2025 at the age of 75, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Rush and Anne J. Rush (Jones); and her brother Charles K. Rush. She is survived by: her husband Larry Ruffo of Conneaut, OH; her children, Julie Hall, Larry Ruffo, Jr. (Shannon), Halley Majersky (Ryan) and Trevor Totten (Brittany); and her grandchildren, Tanis (Cayle), Seth, Derek, Brianna, Noah, Riann, Leila and Griffin.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bazetta Christian Church (4131 Bazetta Rd NE, Cortland, OH 44410).
In lieu of flowers, Candace's family requests that contributions be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve in Ashtabula county, in her memory.
