He is survived by : his father Curtis Bish; his children, Angie Bish, BJ Bish (Stephanie), Cortney Walker (Bobby) and Dana Smith (Michael); his grandchildren, Dylan Smith, Riley Bish, Brayden Smith, Regan Shepard, Liam Walker, William Bish and Beau Bish; his siblings, Dianna Barnhart (Dean), Linda Bennett (Dennis) and Reschell Brennen; and his close friends, Todd Worthy and Cricket Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
