She is survived by: her husband Gary Phillips; her children, Lindsey Phillips (Hunter Dobos) of Warren, OH, Courtney Snyder (Jacob) of Warren, OH, Brooke Phillips, Morgan Bissett (Adam) and Alexander Phillips (Cheryl) of Conneaut; her grandchildren, Bou Pelton, Christopher, Aurora Phillips, Lillian and Lincoln Snyder; her siblings, Robyn Buki (Paul) of Erie, PA, Renee Gruening (Ron) of Port St, Mark Swift (Sheila) of Colorado Springs, CO, Gregory Swift of Ashtabula and Rodney Swift of Ashtabula; and her pet Nicky.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Marcy Funeral Home (208 Liberty St, Conneaut, OH 44030).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dawn's memory to The City Church of Ashtabula or Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, Cleveland.
