He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Evans and Marguerite Evans (Lewis); his sister Gail Nemecek; and his brothers-in-law, Gary T. Evans, Donald Niemla and Ronald Niemla.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Kellie Evans of Akron, Daniel Evans (Lisa) of Cortland, Ohio and Erik Evans (Darci) of Monroe Township; his sisters, Shirley Rogers (Lonnie) of Iowa and Wendy Krall (Ken) of Iowa; his brothers-in-law, Donald Nemecek of Iowa and Raymond J. Niemla (Valania) of Albion; his grandchildren, Slater Evans, Sydney Lewark (Billy), Taylor Evans, Shiloh Wood (Tyler Lukans), Seader Evans (Joe Quinn), Killian Evans (Abby) and Finley Evans; and his great grandchildren, Elliot Lewark, Valor, Zeno Quinn, Lennon Evans and Cash Lukans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
