He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Heinly (Rick) of Conneaut and Laurie Janek of Conneaut; his girlfriend Paula Paullin of Chardon; his grandchildren, Hanna Merlene of Conneaut, Joey Merlene of Conneaut, Nicole (Jason Boles), Corey (Jenn) and Gage Janek (Lacey) of Conneaut; and his brothers, Richard Spink (Cindy) of Conneaut and Larry Spink (Faith) of Perrysburg.
