With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan R. Campbell (Conneaut, Ohio), born in Cochranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 9, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Feldmiller and Arlene Feldmiller (Kimmel); her husband Donald Campbell; and her sister Jane DeVillars. She is survived by: her children, Linda Obeshaw (Richard), Christal Williams (Robert), David Campbell (Shelley), Catherine Rawlins (Charles) and Ruth Mackey (Robert). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
