He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blanar and Alice Blanar; and his sisters, Mary Jo Mickle and Lydia Blanar. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Blanar (Brockway); his sisters, Alice McKendrick of New York, Ann Cosner of Conneaut, Susan Webber of Conneaut, Martha Sekki of Painesville, Ruth Christi of Conneaut, Elaine Tinker of Minnesota and Elizabeth Brisley of Conneaut; and his stepchildren, Keith Tackett, Eddie Tackett, Torri Tackett and Jenifer Tackett.
