He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Bearce Cole; his son Shane Cole of Mississippi; his stepchildren, Ted Grubke (Angela) of Denton and Traci Canaday of Concord, NC; his grandchildren, Sarah Cole, Lauren Grubke, Ethan Grubke, Tyler Canaday (Morgan), Joshua Canaday and Garrett Canaday; his great grandchildren, Henley Canaday and Sloane Canaday; his brothers, Mike Cole (Fran) of Chicago, IL, Kenny Cole (Cheryl) of Kentucky and Thomas Cole of North Carolina; and his siblings-in-law, Robert and Patricia Bearce.
