He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Osborne and Donna Simpson-Osborne; and his uncle James B. Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ogle-Osborne; his children, Stephanie Osborne (Russell) and Justin Osborne; his grandchildren, Kittian and Rylan Clowser-Osborne; and his siblings, Tammy Curtis (Junior), Deborah Turnage (Avery), Sharon Bartosh (Barry) and Brian Osborne (Shauna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
