He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Webber and Lucille Webber (Ramey); his siblings, Susan Webber and Steven Webber; and his grandparents, Hiram and Sissy Ramey.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Blanar; his daughters, Amy Taylor (Brian Mendenhall) and Mary Casey (Jody); his brothers, Eugene Webber (Ida), Dennis Webber (Joy) and Kenneth Webber; and his grandchildren, Alex, Buzzy Taylor (Kaitlin), Abigail, Katelynn McCollister and Corbin Casey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thompson Smith Nesbitt Funeral Home & Cremation Services (345 Main St, Conneaut, OH 44030). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Thompson-Smith-Nesbitt Funeral Home (345 Main St, Conneaut, OH 44030). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Springfield Cemetery.
Should friends desire memorial contributions may be made in his name to the family.
