He was predeceased by: his mother Lyla Kightlinger (McCumber). He is survived by: his father Leroy Kightlinger; his significant other Jean Hazeltine; his sisters, Autumn Kightlinger of Ashtabula and Vicki Kightlinger of Conneaut; his stepchildren, Amanda Wheattall and Troy Hazeltine (Katie); his mother-in-law Sheila Dusold; his sister-in-law Angela Hazeltine (Justin); his close friend Brian Kauppila; and his nephew Nicholas Fletcher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, as well as countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mark's name to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
