It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny L Mitchell of Conneaut, Ohio, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Penny L Mitchell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her sister Dawn Annette. She is survived by: her husband Alan Mitchell; her daughters, JoAnn Machuga of North East, PA and Dawna Mitchell of Conneaut; her granddaughter Lauren Machuga of North East, PA; and her sister Denise Bowman (John) of Columbus. She is also survived by brothers.

Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
