He is survived by: his sisters, Susan LaFountain (Art) of Medina and Christine Centofanti (Frank) of Boardman; his niece Marissa Burkardt (Dylan); his nephew Michael Centofanti (Stephanie); and his great-nephews, Lucas and Logan Centofanti.
