He was predeceased by: his wife Kay Arline Voelker (Price); and his son Michael Voelker. He is survived by: his children, Steve Voelker (Susy), Beth McKew (Kevin) and Alyson Harbage (Tom); his grandchildren, Emily, Kelley, Ashley and Sam; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Shea, Crew, Reid, Miles, Henry and Louisa.
