He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sturgill and Dexter Addair Sturgill; and his son David Sturgill. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sturgill (Hurlburt); his children, Daniel Sturgill (Leanne), Jeanette Sturgill, Stephanie Sturgill, Tina Bissett (Jeremy) and Lori Lawver (Mike); and his siblings, Carlos Sturgill, Star Sturgill, Daryl Sturgill, Ann Kapferer, Rita Roberts, June Sturgill, Ruth Sturgill and Jane Sturgill. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Conneaut Church of God (5327 Center Rd, Conneaut, OH 44030). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
