He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Fields and Aggie; his brother Doug Fields; and his pets, Monroe and Penny.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kayla Fields of Jefferson and Ariel Bartlett; his son-in-law Alex Bartlett of Wattsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Tanner and Alivia Bartlett; his siblings, Julie Myers (Jeff), Kenny Fields (Brenda) and Tim Fields (Karen); and the mother of his children Cindy Brewster. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Raisian Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services (581 Harbor St, Conneaut, OH 44030). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Buckeye Australian Cattle Dog Rescue.
