He is survived by: his wife Florence Jeavons Klein; his sons, Geoffrey Klein (Richard Harlan, MD) of Cleveland, OH and Brian Klein; his granddaughters, Emily Gonzalez (Lucas Gonzalez) and Jessica Klein of Cleveland Heights; and his sister Ila Konsesky of Elyria, OH.
