It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas R. Perkio of Conneaut, Ohio, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas R. Perkio to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Richard, Antonette Perkio and James V. Mooney. He is survived by : his parents, Thomas A. Perkio and Rochelle Mooney; his sisters, Maria Perkio and Morgan Perkio (Kyle Kocjancic); his nephew Mason Perkio; his grandmother Ruth Mooney; his aunts and uncles, Michelle Dalrymple (Greg), James Mooney (Christine), Greg Mooney, Karen Wheeler (Mark) and Steve Perkio; and his pet Brownie. He is also survived by great aunts and great uncles and numerous cousins.

Memorial contributions in Tommy's memory can be made to Tommy's family.
