He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Butler, Madasonne Nighswonger (Seth), Michelle Chill (Mike) and Alexis Collier (Jacob); his significant other Maria DeRusso; his grandchildren, Joshua Ellis, Isabella Clements, Madison Phillips, Damian Phillips, Collin Long, Justin Long and Elizabeth Ashley; his great grandchildren, Stella Phillips, Chloe Phillips, Christina Phillips, Jason Phillips and Skyler Daley; and his sister Kathy Flournoy.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
