She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay W. Troyer and Esther Troyer (Kirkendall); her husband Donald Lee Carder; and her brothers, Keith Troyer, Virgil Kirkendall (Leonice) and William Troyer (Kay).
She is survived by: her children, Lou Ann Johnston (Kevin) of West Lafeyette and Kevin Carder (Elizabeth) of Scarborough, Maine; and her sister-in-law Luella Troyer of Continental. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to North Mt. Zion Church, Continental.
