He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Butler and Leona Butler (Purdy); his wife Ima Phillips; his sisters, Betty Butler, Patty Butler, Phyllis Beair (Ira), Carol Barnhart (James) and Darlene Howard; and his brother-in-law Russell Agner.
He is survived by: his son Jason Butler of Continental; his grandson Noah Butler (Makenzie Norris); his great grandchildren, Harper and Elias Butler; his siblings, Llyod Butler (Barb) of Continental, Beverly Agner of Oakwood, Marilyn Butler of Delphos and Sue Haehn (Art) of Delphos; and his brother-in-law Jerry Howard of Oakwood.
